The RiverWoods Group: Who We Are
We change lives for the better.
At RiverWoods, we think a little differently.
At our core, we believe that Everybody Matters. Each one of our residents and employees has an incredible story to tell, unique talents to share, and a full, engaged, life to continue. We find that other like-minded people who lead full lives and are interested in becoming active citizens of our community are drawn to the RiverWoods Way of Life.
Inclusive Thinking. We believe the best idea wins the day, no matter where it comes from. We believe diverse opinions are essential to find solutions to problems and challenges throughout the community.
Persistence. We follow in the footsteps of our founders who wouldn’t let go of an idea, despite extraordinary obstacles, because they believed it was the right thing to do. When we hear a good idea, we don’t let go – even if we don’t have the path forward mapped out yet. Together, we will always figure it out.
Forward Focused. We get fired up thinking about the future. We never stop pondering how to bring this way of life to more people in different ways, or how to exceed expectations for a generation of residents who aren’t yet thinking about their future healthcare needs.
