This year, we held our inaugural RiverWoods Awards Ceremony where we celebrated the people who embody our core values and uphold our mission. More than 60 nominations were submitted by peers, supervisors, and colleagues across the organization. The RiverWoods Awards were presented by Justine Vogel, CEO and Kim Gaskell, VP of Operations, at the RiverWoods November supervisors, managers, and directors meeting.
Throughout the day, we were also joined by the recipients of this year’s Meet the Mission recipients – our quarterly employee appreciation program that recognizes individuals guided by the principles of be yourself, sustainability, community, not for self, and curiosity.
We also recognized internal growth across our organization. Out of 122 supervisors, managers, and directors system-wide, 74 have received at least one internal promotion during their time at RiverWoods! That speaks volumes about our commitment to developing and growing our people from within.
Join us in congratulating this year’s recipients of the RiverWoods Awards!
