What does it truly mean to remain autonomous as we grow older?

Join nationally recognized solo aging and longevity strategist Carol Marak for an insightful webinar exploring how independence can be strengthened—not by doing everything alone, but by building the right structure and support systems.

In this engaging session, you’ll learn about the three common vulnerabilities many older adults face and how thoughtful planning can help maintain control, confidence, and peace of mind over time.

Through practical insights and a guided self-assessment, you’ll gain clarity about your own preparedness and discover ways to reinforce your self-determination for the years ahead.

RiverWoods is committed to helping older adults explore thoughtful, forward-looking approaches to vibrant living and long-term wellbeing. This program is ideal for individuals who want to proactively plan for a secure, connected, and fulfilling future.
