• What are the benefits of the Priority Plus Program?

  In addition to priority access to newly available apartments, members may be eligible for entrance fee savings, parking and/or home sale credits, and other financial benefits. We encourage you to connect with a sales counselor for full benefit details.

• What apartment sizes will be available?

  Both buildings will feature some of our most popular apartment layouts, including one-bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two-bedroom. For more information on floor plans, please speak with your senior living sales counselor.

• What about financial qualifications?

  To join the Priority Plus Program, you will complete both the Priority Program Agreement and a Confidential Data Profile (CDP) form.  The CDP form provides your financial information to our finance office; this will determine financial qualification for your desired floorplan. We will assign a Priority Plus Number upon receipt of these forms and will advise of financial qualification status within 30 days. We encourage you to speak with a RiverWoods Durham senior living sales counselor to learn more about our community and your desired floor plan.

• Is there a fee to join the Priority Plus Program?

  In order to join the Priority Plus program, you must be a Future Resident of RiverWoods Durham with a signed Waitlist Agreement and 10% deposit.

• How does the Priority Plus Program work?

  The Priority Plus Program is our internal waitlist for RiverWoods Durham Phase 2. It is a new option designed for those who would like to remain engaged in Phase 2 communications and have the opportunity to reserve an apartment if one becomes available.
