Mastering the Art of Change
Mastering the Art of Change
And how to embrace it
Change is the only constant in the world. We can’t stop change from happening, but we can learn ways to cope and manage change and stress. Some people are so resistant to change that they miss out on opportunities and experiences.
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. By understanding how we are affected by change and the natural way we deal with change, we can be better equipped to build up a coping strategy that will help us to adapt to ever-changing environments.
This one-hour Zoom event covers:
- Why do we resist change?
- How the resistance affects us both emotionally and physically
- Ways to overcome and manage change-related stress.
If you struggle with change, join us for this presentation and gain actionable tips for making life transitions a little easier.
