Pat O’Keefe is the Director of Capital Projects for the RiverWoods Group. Before coming to RiverWoods, Pat worked for a full-service, multi-family property management company and served as a New England regional manager for ten years. This extensive experience prepared him well for his work at RiverWoods.

Pat was eager to share some insight into his current role. “It was a newly created position when I came on board. So it’s tough to describe – a little bit of a jack of all trades.” This position allows him to leverage his diverse skills in project management and finance to innovate and improve processes within the community. “I do a lot of work with facilities, directors, community life teams and executive directors on managing the process of various projects, and establishing different procedures and guidelines that weren’t in place before.”

Reflecting on his decision to join Riverwoods, he highlighted the appeal of work-life balance and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. “Riverwoods has practiced what they preached and what they sold me on. Everyone is welcoming to innovation, and being able to create something right from scratch, bringing new ideas to the table and have them actually be heard and accepted isn’t something I’ve been used to.” This environment allows him to contribute meaningfully while enjoying time with his family.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys Boston sports and spending time outdoors. Fun facts, he has never eaten a salad and worked for professional WWE wrester John Cena at his local summer rec camp. Pat also cherishes daily moments in his hometown, as “friends and family are first and foremost.” His commitment to both personal and professional growth shine through his dedication to improving efficiencies and supporting our community.
