The first step is to reach out! We’ll meet with you for a free consultation to introduce the program, address any questions, and conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify how NaviGuide can provide the most meaningful support.

Then complete your membership online to receive 24-hour access! Whether you connect with your NaviGuide one time or twenty each month, it’s all included as part of your monthly membership. Plus, there’s no long-term commitment required.

Amanda Kelley is RiverWoods’ dedicated NaviGuide, a trained coordinator who can help you find personalized solutions to healthcare services and insurance.

As a social worker and community case manager, Amanda has spent years working closely with older adults and their families to help them navigate the complexities of aging. She is passionate about offering guidance, connecting people to resources, and ensuring everyone has the support they need to live their best life.

Before becoming the RiverWoods NaviGuide, Amanda worked as a Case Manager, supporting older adults and adults with diverse needs to access services that help them live with as much autonomy as possible. Her background in healthcare and mental health gives her a holistic approach to care. She committed to helping people find the right resources and solutions for their unique needs is.

Amanda is here to guide you every step of the way and to make this journey as smooth and supportive as possible.

Absolutely! In fact, we had individuals on our waitlist in mind when we developed our NaviGuide program. When you join a waitlist for a Lifecare community the timeline may be uncertain, and healthcare needs can change suddenly.  NaviGuide can get you the support you need now.

What is the Cost?

A NaviGuide monthly subscription costs $250/month. Your NaviGuide Membership will automatically renew each month, however there is no commitment – you can cancel your service any time. Whether you need help navigating a big change such as a move, or are looking for long-term support, this flexibility allows you to utilize the NaviGuide program at your own pace.
